You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep this information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and any activity under it.

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to: engaging in fraudulent activities, violating laws, or attempting to harm the App’s functionality.

All intellectual property rights in the App belong to Waslah Solutions. You may not use any content without our permission, except as permitted under applicable law.

5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We disclaim all warranties to the extent allowed by law.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, USA.

9. Subscription
The App requires an active subscription in order to access. Trial length will vary on time of sign up. You agree to being an active subscriber to the App by registering for the trial.

10. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time by contacting us via your account portal. Any cancellation requires the next month be paid in full before the cancellation will go through. If a trial is still active and you cancel, you will be charged when the trial ends for the first month before cancelling your subscription.

11. Refunds
Due to the costs of running AI models, we do not allow any refunds or negotions to the terms layed out.
